Privacy policy
This policy covers meethealth.org. We collect very little: what you send us through the contact form, and the minimum technical data needed to run the site.

Who we are
Meethealth Labs (“Meethealth”, “we”) builds training datasets and evaluations for healthcare AI. Meethealth is part of Vind, which owns and operates it. Meethealth Labs, as part of Vind, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy go to support@meethealth.org.
What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form asks for:
- Your name, work email, and organisation (required).
- The type of inquiry and a description of your project (required).
- Your role, target model, and timeline (optional).
- The dataset or report page you came from, if any.
Please don't include patient-identifying information, protected health information, or confidential records. If you do, we will delete it.
When you browse
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, to operate and secure the site.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and reports only aggregated data.
- Theme preference. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't buy or sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement (our legitimate interest, or steps at your request before entering a contract).
- To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful (legitimate interest).
We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics.
- Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the inquiries we receive.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also share data within Vind where needed to operate Meethealth, and disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Inquiries that don't lead to a conversation are deleted within 24 months. Server logs are kept for short periods set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@meethealth.org. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Data we work with in engagements
Our datasets are synthetic: generated from specifications, not derived from real patient records. Customer data shared during an engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.
Children
This site is for professionals and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
